Brandon uses the phone as the telephone station in Act IV.
Brandon is a young man who works as a janitor at Random Access Self Storage.
Act II[]
Shannon and Conway first meet Brandon at Random Access Self Storage, which is also the new location of Saint Thomas Church, when looking for files on Dogwood Drive. Brandon tells them how the church's congregation has largely stopped attending, but that he continues playing audio recordings of sermons in their absence. He describes having an interest in theoretical geometry.
Act IV[]
Brandon reappears at the telephone station along the Echo River. This is the first time the player learns his real name. He has been stranded after getting sucked into a long game of Solitaire and missing his ride from his mom. He ultimately opts to simply read a book and wait to catch the next ride toward the Bureau. Brandon also expresses concern for Conway before the characters leave.
